Story Submission - Terms & Conditions

1. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. You certify that you have the permission of others who have contributed to or are featured in any content that you submit. If there are any individuals under the age of 18 in any photos, video, or other content that you submit, you must obtain the permission of each such individual’s parent or legal guardian prior to submitting the content.

3. For any content that you submit, you give us permission to use such content. You hereby grant to Kubota a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit such content, in whole or in part in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.

4. By submitting Content, you agree to release and hold harmless Kubota and its directors, officers, staff agents, employees, affiliates and assigns from any and all liabilities, damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your submission of Content, including infringement of intellectual property rights.  Kubota assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from this story submission initiative.

5. We retain the right to contact you on the email address you provide at our discretion. We will never provide your email to third-parties.

6. Your story must be true (no fiction, please).

7. It should be previously unpublished.

8. We cannot give feedback or acknowledge receipt.

9. Aim for at least 500 words in length.
